Mobilize

Mobilize

The final and current phase of the American Cancer Society National Consortium for Cancer Screening and Care is to mobilize around sustained, coordinated commitments to promote cancer screening and care as a public health priority and improve the long-term effectiveness of screening programs. As the first step of mobilization, consortium members committed to raising awareness and adoption of the consensus recommendations.

During the final Summit meeting (See Summit #3 Slides), ACS National Consortium members discussed how to increase knowledge about the recommendations and enhance the national conversation around cancer screening and care along the cancer continuum. As the first step of mobilization, consortium members committed to focusing their collaborative efforts on distributing the recommendations widely through a coordinated messaging campaign.

Below you’ll find resources on how to contribute to the dissemination and promotion of the consensus recommendations.
